To sign up for a tutor you will need to take a short test, and give your name, address and telephone number. You will then be placed on a waiting list.

Learn English Conversation Groups
All Learn English Conversation Groups are free. You do not need to register. Conversation Groups teach speaking, writing, reading and pronunciation. Sessions meet for 90 minutes. Groups meet in the Prunaret History Room on the second floor of the library at the top of the stairs.
Thursdays, 6:30-8 pm: Beginner/Intermediate
Fridays, 10:30 am-12 pm: Intermediate
Saturdays, 11:30 am-1 pm: Beginner/Intermediate
One to One Instruction
Individual tutors are available to work with students for 1-2 hours per week at the library. There is a waiting list. The wait is about 3-6 months. To sign up, call Laurie Christie at 508-647-6400 x 1583 or email literacy@morseinstitute.org.
